Refund & Cancellation Policy  

At LuxorraX, we are committed to delivering only the finest premium tiles, faucets, bathroom sets, and accessories. We take utmost care in quality checks and packaging. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund and cancellation policy below:

Returns:
We accept returns only in case of:

Damaged or broken products on delivery.

Wrong item(s) delivered.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing video proof. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item hasn’t been dispatched. After dispatch, cancellations will not be accepted.

Note: No refunds/cancellations are possible for customized or special-order items.
